Marianne joined Confirmit in 2017, after 5 years on client side Voice of the Customer programmes. She is an experiences customer experience practitioner, having taken CEM roles and responsibilities within the IT and B2B sectors. She has developed, implemented and managed customer experience programmes to deliver insight and business improvement, and has contributed to the delivery of operational, financial and organisational success.

Marianne’s real passion is to empower employees through the Voice of the Customer. Her focus at Confirmit is to work closely with clients throughout their Voice of Customer programme’s lifecycle to ensure it delivers business value and drives change. Key to Marianne’s approach is the development of VoC programmes that deliver measureable business results through alignment to overall business objectives.
